Infographics
Infographics are a great way to communicate information in a concise, organized, and appealing format. I have included two infographics that I created for my district. I used Canva to design both infographics. The first was created completely from scratch, while the second utilized a pre-made template that I customized to fit our needs.
National Board Certification Infographic
Our school district’s goal was to educate teachers about National Board Certification requirements and benefits in relation to the new Teacher Incentive Allotment that would be implemented in the fall of 2022. This infographic was distributed to the 500+ teachers employed by the district.
Genetic Disorders Project
The biology students in the district were assigned a genetic disorders project to demonstrate understanding of DNA and its role in organisms. I created this infographic to clearly communicate the grading criteria for the project to approximately 500 students. Students received a digital copy to refer to throughout the the unit.
